These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PrimBuzz advertising service ("PrimBuzz", "we", "us", or "our") within the Second Life virtual world. By renting advertising space, submitting an advertisement, or otherwise using our service, you ("you", "the advertiser") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

No guarantee of results, traffic, revenue, or earnings. PrimBuzz is an advertising display service only. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that your advertisement will produce any specific or minimum number of views, clicks, visitors, teleports, sales, leads, income, revenue, profit, or business results of any kind. Any figures, examples, or estimates mentioned anywhere on this site or in our materials are illustrative only and are not a promise of performance. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, your content, your pricing, regional traffic, and the behavior of individual residents. You accept full responsibility for the results of your advertising and acknowledge that you may receive no visitors, clicks, or sales at all.

1. The service

PrimBuzz operates a network of advertising billboards placed on land within Second Life. When you rent a spot, your submitted image is displayed in rotation on billboards across the network for the rental period you purchase. When a resident clicks your advertisement, any notecard and landmark you provide may be delivered to that resident. Boards, regions, availability, and rotation are subject to change at any time.

2. Advertiser content and permissions

You are solely responsible for the advertisement image, notecard, landmark, and any other content you submit. By submitting content you represent and warrant that:

You own or have all rights and permissions necessary to display and distribute the content;
The content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
The content complies with the Second Life Terms of Service, Community Standards, and all applicable maturity ratings and laws;
The content is not fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise prohibited.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your submitted content for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Content review and removal

We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, off-brand, or in violation of these Terms or the Second Life Terms of Service. Removal or rejection does not entitle you to a refund except at our discretion.

4. Payments, rentals, and refunds

All prices are in Linden dollars (L$) and are charged per rental period.
Rentals are prepaid and are generally non-refundable, including if you end, change, or remove your advertisement before the period ends.
Renewing before expiry adds the new time to your remaining time.
Temporary downtime, region restarts, maintenance, or reduced visibility do not entitle you to a refund or extension unless we choose to provide one.
Linden dollars have no cash value guaranteed by us and are governed by Linden Lab. We are not responsible for Linden Lab payment processing.

5. Service provided "as is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that boards will be online at any given time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimBuzz and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimBuzz and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your advertisement or access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Not affiliated with Linden Lab

PrimBuzz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Linden Research, Inc. Second Life and Linden dollar are trademarks of Linden Research, Inc. Your use of Second Life is governed by Linden Lab's own terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions, contact us in-world via our support avatar listed on the Contact page.
